HWTS-RT200A/B/C/D-COVID-19/ Flu A&B Ag Rapid Test

The kit uses immunochromatography technology in double-antibody sandwich method to detect the antigens of SARS-CoV-2, Influenza virus A and B. The test strip was coated with specific antibodies to form test lines for respective target pathogen. During test, the processed sample to be tested is added to the sample well of the Testing cassettes. When the sample to be tested contains the target pathogen at concentration higher than LoD, the target antigen and the corresponding labeled target antibody will form a reaction compound. Under the action of chromatography, the reaction compound moves forward along the nitrocellulose membrane, agglutinates at the test line and finally forms a red band, indicating positive of corresponding test pathogen. On the contrary, if the sample does not contain the target pathogen or the antigen concentration is lower than the LoD, no red band will appear at the test line, indicating negative of corresponding test pathogen. Regardless of whether there is a target pathogen in the sample, a red band should be present at quality control line(C), which serves as an internal control to monitor the chromatography process and the testing kit functional.
