[Test Procedure]

1.Cervical Swab

Before sampling, excessive secretions from the cervix need to be removed, and then a disposable sampling swab is inserted into the cervix and gently rotated clockwise 3-5 rounds to obtain the cervical exfoliated cells. Slowly pull out the sampling swab, put it into the swab sample collection tube, break off the excess swab tail, leave the swab tip in the tube, close the tube cover and mark the sample name (or number) and collection time on the sample tube, and seal it for testing.

2.Vaginal Swab

The patient is prohibited from tub bath, sexual behaviour and vaginal douching, etc., within 24 hours before sampling her vaginal secretions. Carefully insert a disposable sampling swab into the vagina until it contacts the medial wall of the vaginal opening or the posterior fornix, then gently rotate the swab to obtain cervical exfoliated cells, and carefully remove the sampling swab to avoid contact with the skin, place the swab into a swab sample collection tube, break off the excess swab tail, leave the swab tip in the tube, close the tube cover and mark the sample name (or number) and collection time on the sample tube, and seal it for testing.

3.Urine

Use the urine cup to collect the first urine in the morning, or the first urine after a long time (at least 2 hours) without urination. Pour the urine in the urine cup into the urine sample collection tube until it reaches the 5mL scale line, which is the sample to be tested. Close the tube cover and mark the sample name (or number) and collection time on the sample tube, and seal it for testing.
