Epidemiology
Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the female reproductive tract. It has been shown that persistent HPV infection and multiple infections are one of major causes of cervical cancer. Currently there is still a lack of generally accepted effective treatments for cervical cancer caused by HPV. Therefore, early detection and prevention of cervical infection caused by HPV are the keys to prevention of cervical cancerization. Establishment of simple, specific and rapid diagnostic tests for pathogens is of great significance for clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer.

Option1.
Macro & Micro-Test Sample Release Reagent (HWTS-3005-8), it should be extracted according to the instructions.
Option2.
Macro & Micro-Test General DNA/RNA Kit (HWTS-3017-50, HWTS-3017-32, HWTS-3017-48, HWTS-3017-96) and Macro & Micro-Test Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor (HWTS-3006B, HWTS-3006C), it should be extracted according to the instructions. The extracted sample volume is 200μL, and the recommended elution volume is 80µL.
Option3.
QIAamp DNA Mini Kit (51304) manufactured by QIAGEN or TIANamp Virus DNA/RNA Kit (YDP315) manufactured by Tiangen Biotech (Beijing) Co., Ltd., it should be extracted in strict accordance with the instructions. The extracted sample volume is 200μL, and the recommended elution volume is 80µL.
