Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is an important pathogen that causes gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer in various people worldwide[1]. It belongs to the Helicobacter family and is a Gram-negative bacterium. Helicobacter pylori is excreted with the stools of the carrier, and after infecting people through the stool-oral, oral-oral, and pet-human routes, it proliferates in the gastric mucosa of the patient’s gastric pylorus, affecting the patient’s gastrointestinal tract and causing ulcers[2].
