Epidemiology

Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a main pathogen causing gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer in various people worldwide. It belongs to the Helicobacter family and is a Gram-negative bacterium. Helicobacter pylori is excreted with the feces of the carrier^[3].
